I know when I search for anything I like to see how relevant a post is. If something has a date of like 2014 I move on. Times are changing and quickly if you do not have the most up-to-date information you may be missing out on some great opportunities especially here in the Fort Collins real estate market. I have been selling real estate for 10 years now. I think I have seen my fair share of transactions and negotiations. Every day I do learn something new as every situation is unique and provides maybe a slightly different version of a classic real estate transaction.  The bottom line is I love what I do and I do it well. You may need to work a little for it as well. You need to be committed to buying Fort Collins real estate. If you do not have time I understand we are all busy, but purchasing a home is a huge investment and you need to be committed.

When I started real estate 12 years ago it was in a crazy market just like today, when the Fort Collins real estate market slowed down I adapted, made a few changes and here I am 12 years later in another crazy Fort Collins real estate market. I know how to write an offer that will get accepted. I know the in’s and out’s of what Fort Collins sellers are looking for. They want a clean offer with little fuss and they want to close quickly and they want to get close to asking price. I know what a Fort Collins buyer wants as well. They want champagne on a beer budget, ha! Just kidding I find some unrealistic home buyers want it all and they want it for as little as possible. I also know a lot of home buyers are sick of paying their landlords mortgage, month after month so he can pay off his property while you have nothing to show for your money. Even if you just moved here and feel you need to get to know the area better I totally get it. I will show you how even if you were to stay here for 2 years and were to move you most likely would be able to recoup your fees that far outweigh renting.

The main point I want to stress is I provide value. Do you need a great school for your kids, I can let you know which neighborhoods re best for schools. Do you need a great neighborhood for the lifestyle you want to lead such as riding your bike to work? I can help you find a great home near your employer. Zillow and Trulia can not do this. I provide a value by know the local market and knowing the area and matching you with where you need to be. You do not want to do this alone so whether you want to buy new construction or a FSBO you need someone on your side willing to navigate you through the different phases of a real estate transaction. Real estate is a great way to invest your hard earned money. You have a tangible asset that at the end of the day should have value. I am here to provide you advice and show you how to make it more valuable.
