About Observatory Village Neighborhood
Observatory Village is a planned HOA community that offers home buyers different floor plans to choose from. Based on the current resale availability. It is known for its great local schools, pool, trails, and parks making it a desirable neighborhood. The pool is great in the summer and is included in the monthly HOA fee. The neighborhood elementary school is Zach Elementary. The middle school is Preston Middle School. And Fossil Ridge High School is the high school. These schools all score very highly at greatschools.net. But, don’t take my word for it, ask around what others have said about these schools as it seems like most people like them. The new Twin Silo park is right down the street and offers tons of activities for kids. There are pickle ball courts, slides, and a water feature. Residents are able to use the telescope for special occasions and oftentimes they have special events there for the homeowners.

The neighborhood has great community involvement. There is an annual Breakfast with Santa, Easter Egg Hunt, and Fourth of July Parade to name a few. There are also numerous block parties on many streets and therefore make it fun to meet new neighbors. Neighbors are friendly and there are lots of kids in this neighborhood and as such does not show any signs of slowing down.
