Adriel Hills is a unique neighborhood located in Northwest Fort Collins. It offers country club amenities that includes a golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool and hot tub for somewhat affordable prices for Fort Collins Real Estate. What I like about Adriel Hills – Fort Collins Neighborhood is that it is set in a country setting but is really close to Old Town Fort Collins. It is even bikeable to Old Town Fort Collins and the breweries that are nearby. Odell’s and New Belgium are right there. This is my favorite attribute of this Fort Collins neighborhood. You can even walk to shops and restaurants, no problem.

Adriel Hills is a little over a mile to I-25 Freeway making it convenient for commuting or getting out of town. It is close to shopping and restaurants. There are patio homes, condos and single family homes available. So if you are looking for a unique neighborhood, out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Fort Collins, but still close enough to enjoy it this is a great neighborhood for you!
