Clarendon Hills – Fort Collins Neighborhood

Clarendon Hills is a mature neighborhood located in west Fort Collins. It was originally established in 1988. Homes in this neighborhood can be quite large and sit on large lots. If you are looking for a neighborhood to spread out a little this may good fit for you. It is walking distance to Cathy Fromme Prairie Natural Area where you can go for some nice hikes from right outside your door. Clarendon Hills is minutes away from Harmony Road dining and shopping including the newly remodeled Foothills Mall on College Ave.

Personally, I love how you can walk outside your door, cross the street and be in the most beautiful natural area. The walks in this area are gorgeous with views of the mountains and foothills. Old Town Fort Collins is also a quick less than 5 minute drive straight shot. You can also bike there no problem it’s under 6 miles.
