One of them was within the $250K to $300K price range that seems to be the new hot price range for Fort Collins.  The average home for sale in Fort Collins is currently $240,000

For the new listings coming onto the market Tuesday the 13th, the new listings ranged in price from a low of $173,900 to a high price of $614,900. Here is the one that was within the price range of $250,000-$300,000
