Tickets were in very high demand and most people I talked to were going to the season opener. You could feel the excitement in the air. It will be so great to cheer the team on from the heart of the city. Businesses and Fort Collins homes for sale in the area should see a tick up in sales and appreciation because of the new stadium but only time will tell. People are going to want to buy up real estate around the stadium as it will be easy to walk to games and restaurants from certain neighborhoods. The neighborhoods around Prospect and East of there around the new mall should definitely see some increased activity.
